From the time I called on the phone and spoke with Heather until we picked up our car after repair from Doug, the Calliber team did everything possible to make the experience the best it could be. Heather was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions and I really appreciated the ease of the process. Calliber took a lot of worry off of my mind with this unfortunate experience.

Would highly recommend the Plainfield Caliber. Car looks great. Can’t remember the gentleman’s name that initially inspected the van. Very thorough and professional. Doug kept me informed on the progression of the work. Heather went above and beyond to take me home. Very personable and knowledgeable. She took the time to text me the number of them windshield replacement business. Keep up the great work! Would highly recommend this business.

Caliber did a wonderful job on the repair. I picked up the vehicle on a bright sunny day and the paint was perfect. The door and trim lines were flawless. Plus the GMzc was completed a week ahead of time. I also thought the price was fair from labor and parts
