Doug & Mike @ the Plainfield,IN location was amazing. They were very professional & informative. I was initially upset because it was taking so long to get my jeep back. But it had nothing to do with them. The part was on back order. I was upset when I called them. Even though they knew i was upset they held their composure & politely explained everything to me. They kept me informed the whole time. They even helped me with my rental. The work was top of the line. They don't cut any corners. Very Thorough... I'm a lifetime customer. My advise is don't waste your time going anywhere else... Thank You Guy's again!!!

Great Costumer service. They will give you constant updates of what phase your car repair is in and will answer any questions in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone. My Jeep came back looking even better than before the wreck.

The staff was extremely courteous!!!!! The communications were excellent!! Jeff Dixon said he would keep me informed & he did every step along the way!! The Ford truck looks great~~ after the repair they even washed the vehicle! It appears that a professional job was performed on the the entire repair process!! Caliber in Plainfield is a quality office!!

I found the staff to be congenial. Caliber communicated extremely well ~~ I was notified about the progress of the work on a regular basis. I would have been happy to have the old bumper put back on, but they insisted that that like new was the standard! The quality of the work was "excellent" ~~ I would recommend them highly for the work they do ~~ they are a quality business!!! They even washed the truck & swept the interior!! My experience with Caliber was very, very, excellent!
