Great customer service by Nancy! She kept us informed, took extra time to explain the process in detail. She was friendly and personable. No communication paint doesn’t match aftermarket parts installed after I told you guys I’d pay the difference in price. Traction control light on after I was told it was not on and nothing in the ECM history after I told the adjuster and estimator the light was on left the bent strut in the vehicle and installed a band aid fix. I felt like I was lied to by Jeff I didn’t get an estimate until after the work was finished.
