Through my 75 years I have from time to time dealt with collision centers for repair on a number of family cars. This is the first time I have dealt with Caliber Collision and they exceeded all my expectations. The ladies in the front office were friendly, knowledgeable and my service advisor kept me posted on the repair process and went over and above to get my repairs completed in time for me to travel and visit family for Thanksgiving. I would recommend Caliber Collusion for any auto collision repair!

I could have not been more pleased with the treatment and service I received from Caliber. The ladies in the front office were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and were a pleasure to do business. They kept me informed on the progression of my repairs and help expedite completion of said repairs so they could get on the road for holiday travels. I owe them a great deal of gratitude! I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I trusted Caliber Collision in Plainfield to fix my car, but the job was not done well at all. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed issues that should have been handled properly the first time. For a place that advertises quality and professionalism, the workmanship was below expectations and I went and nothing done toll a month after.

Caliber Collision in Plainfield was wonderful! From the day I called them to the shah I picked my vehicle up, it was such a great process. Shelby was amazing, explaining everything to us thoroughly, keeping us updated multiple times each week, reviewing everything upon completion, and answering all questions I had along the way. I am so pleased with the end result, and should I ever need work done again, I will only go to Caliber.
