I would like for the staff to know what an excellent job Caitlyn did for me. She went the extra mile to make sure that my car was perfect and that I was completely satisfied with the results. I wish I could have had her help me from the beginning but it was not the case. I was lied to by the manager and he expected me to accept an inferior paint job that was clearly two different colors. Caitlin took it upon herself to reach out to me to see if she could fix the problem and retain me as a customer. She did an outstanding job and as I said she went the extra mile to help and make sure I was satisfied.
