We will need to call back and get it looked at. The rear door doesn’t have enough clearance to close and is coming in contact with the bumper

If you’re looking for a shop that pays attention to detail and stands behind their work, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I trusted Caliber Collision in Plainfield to fix my car, but the job was not done well at all. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed issues that should have been handled properly the first time. For a place that advertises quality and professionalism, the workmanship was below expectations and I went and nothing done toll a month after.

Caliber Collision in Plainfield was wonderful! From the day I called them to the shah I picked my vehicle up, it was such a great process. Shelby was amazing, explaining everything to us thoroughly, keeping us updated multiple times each week, reviewing everything upon completion, and answering all questions I had along the way. I am so pleased with the end result, and should I ever need work done again, I will only go to Caliber.

Repair was completed ahead of schedule. Two issues. 1 car on pick up had primer on truck lid that needed cleaned off. 2 had to bring car back days later because taillight was not hooked up
