While the actual repair was done correctly, I’m very disappointed with the lack of effort in other aspects. There was noticeable overspray on the adjacent panels, which shows a lack of attention to detail. On top of that, my car was returned extremely dirty, which was very unprofessional. To make matters worse, it was also completely out of fuel when I picked it up. I expected a much higher level of quality and care. For the amount of time and money spent, this experience was frustrating and far below expectations.
