Having past management experience and writing employee reviews, I found that everyone can improve in some area. So I never rate a 10.

I chose for a couple of reasons. First on is that there was something that didn’t get done during the initial repair, that resulted in some rework. The service advisor needs to improve in many areas of her job. I would rate her a 6 at best on a scale of 1 thru 10. The General Manager was fantastic in customer service and resolving my issue.

After a lot of time and trouble we finally got our van back, AC ISNT WORKING THE EMBLEM IS BROKEN AND HANGING OFF THE BACK AND THE REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER HAD RUBBER HANGING OUT OF IT. We thought about calling but after the poor service we received and how long it took to get our family vehicle back the LAST thing we wanted to do is involve ourselves with this company any further. WILL NOT BE BACK.
