Shelby went above and beyond. Shelby communicated with me almost every day. Then when I picked up my car it was so clean and it was detailed. My car was hit and Shelby made sure that my car looked brand new. The lady at the front desk was so kind and was very helpful!!I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I was updated almost every other day. Greg was helpful every time i called and had a question. The lady at the desk needs to be a tad bit more friendly , when she would answer the phone it would sound like it was a problem people would call. For that it deserves a 9 other than that everything with repairs went Great.

I would have to tell them to verify the right parts, good parts, and maybe even have a 360 degree picture sent before traveling to pick it up

Was a week and a day late getting fixed. wromg grille installed. Not sure if it off related yet, but the door panel on the passenger door fell off. Waiting for the right grille to be ordered and take it back for the right grille to be installed at some point

The body work looks ok: However I asked the shop to look at the daytime running light, it was out, and they said it was a short, but did nothing for it. Also there is now a service air bag warning. I made an appointment at Buick to address these two items.

It was disappointing that I had to work with your company due to being hit, however your people made this experience as pleasant as it could be. The people were kind and welcoming. We had a mix up in what place we’d selected to get the work done, your people were very helpful in getting that cleared up and getting my car in as soon as possible to get the work done. Your updates were also helpful in letting me know where the car was in the process. The best part is that my car was done early! I tell everyone that if you do ever need to have work done on your car that your place is the place to go!
