When I picked my vehicle up I was told they recharged my AC 6 times. I drove over an hour that same day and now the AC doesn’t work. They knew it had a leak, why else would it have to be recharged 6 times. Im not a car person so at the time I didn’t know that that meant until I went home and googled it. You would think after the 2nd, 3rd or even 4th time recharging it that it would have been questioned. This feels deliberate and malicious. The only reason I used your services is due to my insurance recommending it. I am going to have to now drop my car off again and obtain transportation.

The repair was done well, my complaint was more on the customer service. My car was in the repair shop for 2 weeks and within that time frame no one followed up with how my car was coming along with the repairs. At one point a part was received incorrectly and no one called and informed me I had called myself to see how my car was coming along as it was supposed to be completed and then was informed about the situation with the incorrectly labeled car part.

If they improved on keeping their customers informed I would rate higher. I also want to say that the 3rd time I had called they said my car was ready that it would be an hour for the paperwork and even gave them extra time when I got there it had been 2 hours and they still were not done with the paperwork the mechanic was on lunch when I got there which made me super late to work.

I don’t feel they kept me informed about my car especially since the repair took 2 weeks. I called around the time my car should have been ready and they said they received a part that was mislabeled and they would be receiving it that same day and my car would be ready the next day that they would call me yet I did not receive any calls.

Great experience with Caliber Collision. I met with Greg and he walked me through the process. Greg also kept me informed during the process. The other office staff were very helpful as well. I will be recommending Caliber to anyone that needs collision assistance repair. Also, you guys were great in helping me with the insurance company! The car looks great! Thank you!!
