This might be the best collision shop in the United States. Literally, they painted my Porsche panorama, cherry red. It looked amazing.. for a fraction of the cost and I mean literally a fraction. They called me every day to let me know the status of my vehicle. They were very respectful. They were very prompt and they were on time with the delivery. When I went there, they showed me the upmost respect from the people in the office to the painter himself. Everyone was extremely professional and respectful.

I had two areas for repair. When I dropped the car off I informed the rep that there was a small area of paint that needed repaired. He confirmed my request. After the car was in the shop for almost 10 days I was told the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived the area I requested repaired was not touched. So now I have to find someone to repair that area and will probably not have my car for several additional days. I'm not very pleased about this.

I told the rep that there was spot on the right side that needed a small paint repair in addition to the accident repair. He confirmed that it would be repaired. After being in the shop for almost 10 days I was told it was done and ready for pick up. When I arrived the area I wanted repaired was not touched. I asked the rep why it was not done and he had nothing to say except he remembered me requesting the repair. Now I will need to find someone to repair the area and be without the use of our car for additional time. It's such a small area and now I will be without the car when it should have been repaired while it was in the shop as I requested. Not happy about it.
