Couldn’t follow up with me after my schedule was unlock. I had to constantly call after they said they would notify me and same with when my car was finished. Spoke with them and said would call when ready and they never called. I had to show up for my car because they were trying to hold it until Monday.

While the quality of the repairs and the professionalism of my primary point of contact were exceptional, I was disappointed by the service at the front desk.The receptionist was dismissive and spoke to me condescendingly when she initially couldn't locate my appointment. Although the issue stemmed from needing to check a separate system for insurance-based bookings, the interaction was unprofessional and made for an unwelcoming experience.
