Took my truck in on Thursday they texted me the following Tuesday, Wednesday &Thursday telling me that it would be done Friday evening got a call 6 o'clock Thursday saying it will be next Tuesday on Monday they said Tuesday evening I called &now it will be Wednesday evening went to pick up truck Thursday morning it had been left outside all night & was completely covered in ice i am very upset about the way I was treated

My truck repair went as well as expected based upon my previous experiences with Caliber repairing my truck. I fully expected that the same positive results would be obtained.

You gave me an estimate of $2,554.13. Based on this, I determined it would be cheaper to submit a claim to my insurance company even though it would raise my future premiums. But you only charged my insurance company $2,008.99. If you had charged me this amount, I would not have submitted an insurance clam.

I really liked the up dates that we got. I had to have the door adjusted for an air leak and they did it right then and there I did not have to get another appointment. That was really nice. Keep up the good work. 😀
