Shelby was great. Communicated throughout, advised of a delay on manufacturer getting parts to complete the repair, and worked with me to know when repair would be done. She also worked with the insurance to secure payment since original estimate was actually a little more than the actual final bill. I was very happy I didn’t have to send an additional check for reimbursement back to insurance. Overall, very pleased. And the repair looks like my truck was never even damaged.

Shelby was great at keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair. My truck looks like it was never even damaged, which is exactly what you want after a repair. I hope we never have to meet again… but if I need another repair, I will bring it to Calibur.

Staff was super friendly and Ron helped out immensely and listened to me when I listed out problems that weren't obvious in the damge of the car. He resolved those problems asap and gave a me 10/10 service the entire time
