got into an accident on a random monday and damaged the right side front bumper of my car pretty bad. i brought it in the next day and reesa was very thorough from the start, explained exactly what they were going to do and quoted me for the repair. it was estimated to take two weeks to repair, which has been difficult to schedule work around and transportation. luckily i got the call earlier, closer to a week of repair time, and the car looks brand new. she answered all my questions, was very approachable and made me feel really well taken care of. special thanks to the techs who worked so quickly on my repair!
