After some initial pushback against my warranty claim and concerns there wasn’t a tech to resolve my issue it was finally taken in the back and fixed within 30 minutes making my total time spent 45 minutes. I am satisfied with the outcome but was a little insulted being told my issue wasn’t an issue at first. Thank you for resolving the issue
