Reesa was an outstanding POC for me. Not only was she extremely knowledgable about car repair, but she took time to walk through the damage to my car in detail and explained how the repairs would be made. She answered all my questions and I felt confident that Caliber would do a great job. When I picked the car up (earlier than promised), my expectations were confirmed. The technician who performed the work was superb. Caliber made this a good experience.

Rebecca did an amazing job! She communicated updates throughout the job well, and even went above and beyond by buffing out superficial scuff marks in another spot of my car that someone had done.
