Rebecca and team were great! I also really appreciated that they were able to order the bumper ahead of time to save me from more time without my car. Also great was the quick repair, daily updates, and service to hook me up with the rental company. And cleaning my car was a great touch (it was beyond ready for that! Lol.) Thank you!

The whole process was quick and easy. Rebecca was attentive and spent the time looking over the truck and quoting what needed to be done. She was great at follow ups for what was happening with the truck and timing for the repairs. Thanks for making a bummer situation easier.

I can’t say enough about how well treated both my car and I were by the team at Caliber Collision. I experienced a second accident during a torrential rainstorm on my way to their shop. My car hydroplaned and ran up onto a high curb where it sustained severe and disabling damage. Amanda in the front office got a tow truck immediately to get my car and me safely to the shop. She called my rental car and insurance companies to let them know what happened. Throughout the whole repair process Amanda and my mechanic, Rebecca, kept me informed of their progress. I appreciated their professionalism, caring friendliness, and quality workmanship.
