Dereck and the girls at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, I didn’t expect a free ride home was provided by them since I had rental car at my son’s home. Overall the car was fixed faster than I think and looks great from outside, just need to test the new light tonight. Thanks for the food services

Derrick McCullough is the most pleasant person I have met for car repairs. I had damage to my brand new car (one month old), and he understood how upset I was for the damage. He explains all the process very clearly, and suggests some options I can choose. He worked diligently to help me with the insurance estimate process. I really appreciate his customer oriented business practice and the way he treats the customers by putting his heart on customer's situation. I am completely satisfied and will recommend my friends to find him for car repairs. Excellent job. Caliber Collision should be proud of him.
