Customer service representative wasn't very concerned about a screw being left in my car after service, screws apparently can fall off cars anytime. (Their best guess is was an extra screw left by one of the workers in the car). There was glue on the rear bumper which again, the representative wasn't sure they could take off without paint coming off and the residue on the tail light was written off as scratches from groceries (again, something that happened when they were fixing my car). I had to go back to get the above issues fixed and wait for some more time in the lobby after they've already worked on my car for 10 days.

excellent work. my car looks better than when i bought it! (almost). Huge thanks to Reesa, and the technician who worked on my car. Reesa was very sweet and helped me through understanding the whole process. I wish I caught the technician’s name but he did excellent work so thank you. 5 stars to caliber.

I elated the car was done sooner than anticipated. However I have scratches in my drivers door that we’re not there on Monday when I dropped car off. My doors do not open and glide automatically from fob or handle release. I have muddy feet prints in the threshold of the drivers door! Nicky did not call me back today to address this.
