The service is very bad first they gave 355 quote( this is when we said we will get repair down elsewhere) after we said as it 355 we will get it done with you - the price went up to 538. No new information and the change in price was not even discussed with us. This is all cheating. I have full documentation how we are scammed if any one cares about it.

The Caliber Collision team in Pleasanton is literally amazing. This was my first car accident and they made me feel taken care of and I couldn’t have had a better team assisting me along the way. They were extremely informative, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and the communication on their end is amazing. They helped me along the way with any questions I had and made me feel like I was in good hands the entire process. Great team!
