Well I didn’t associate with any of the guys actually doing the physical work but Derek at the front counter was incredible! I honestly felt like he was a friend of mine that worked there and was hooking me up. He was generally concerned about how I felt about what I was going through… I am a self-employed concrete pump owner/operator… And customer service and attitude is what keeps me as busy as I am… Dereks customer service was impeccable to say the least

My experience with Caliber Collision was so easy! Coming from someone who used to work in the car business - I was expecting nothing less than a complete hassle. I was so wrong! They had my paperwork ready when I got there, checked me in in a timely manner and had my rental car pulled up when it was all done. My car was complete in a few short days, delivered in great condition and they even cleaned it! From start to finish, it was a painless process. I’d recommend them to anyone asking!

Hi I’m not at all happy with the repairs. In spite of so many delays the car is still far from perfect. Yesterday the passenger side window was not rolling. And today morning the check engine light is ON. Was there any serious on road tests done on car after the repairs? And this is after the car was at your garage for over a month!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE
