Reesa was amazing and a joy to work with. My fiance and I were t boned a week before our wedding. Already overwhelmed with the wedding, and upset about the car, Reesa gave us reassurance and comfort. She made the whole process less daunting and while talking to us in a way that helped lift our spirits. The updates she gave us was reassuring, letting us know anytime there was a change in condition or cost. I appreciate everything that was done at Caliber Collision, especially them returning my car rental when I picked up my car. My car looks beautiful and you can’t tell that there was any damage. My only complaint is that there was a spider on it when I picked it up. I know if I drove back, Reesa would have handled it for me. Hahaha. Thank you for everything!

I usually NEVER reply on these surveys and not because i don’t want to but just because of time and lack of words. This is definitely not the case. First off, I ADORE Reesa and Amanda. From the first initial appointment to putting on parts not related to my claim, they went above and beyond each time. These two handled my claim with respect and being straightforward as to what they needed from me and my insurance. I also want to thank and express how amazing my car looks and it has given me back the confidence of driving and also appreciate what comes of it. This whole specific operation (because i’ve been to a previous caliber and it wasn’t this great) is honestly one of the honest, kindest, and assuring repair shops i’ve been to. Thank you also to the individuals that did the labor of putting life back into my car! Hopefully i won’t be back anytime soon, BUT this is the shop i will choose every-time if i have the choice.
