This business is amazing. The excellent customer service starts with Amanda at the front desk, greeting me and seeing what my needs were with my car. Service Rep. Reesa came and talked to me about what had happened to my car. She went out front to look at my car and then came back in and was so understanding and knowledgeable and immediately said she would take my car to the back so it could be looked at. She said she would find out if they could fix the problem temporarily so I could drive it until the new part came in. None of this took much time at all because she was so efficient, and the folks in the back were too. It was OK to drive the car after they tacked up something underneath that had come down, and after that I paid for the parts and I was out of there. It was so easy and Reesa made me feel at ease because car stuff is so upsetting to people and this wasn’t a big one, but it was so reasonably priced to fix my car. A few days later, the part came in for my car and I went in and it took them no time at all to install it. Caliber Collision has wonderful employees with exceptional customer service skills! I will make it a point to recommend this business to my friends and family, and anyone who is looking for body work on their car.
