The team in Pleasanton was outstanding. Going through this process can be an ordeal. I was expecting a very bad experience, but what I found with the team there was outstanding ladies who made the whole process very pleasant, smooth and stress-free experience. Given the stressful nature of your customers, I really marvel at how you guys have created a system to keep such positive energy going! If you had a car maintenance department, I would change to you guys in a heartbeat.

initially the work was not done properly and water got into the trunk and destroyed the amp but after several attempts they were able to fix it and tried different ways to solve the problem. eventhough initially it was not fixed but we appreciate the time they took to finaly solve it.
