Front passenger door wasn't closing properly due to poor hinge/latch alignment. Found 10 small scratches and scuffs in the interior and 3 on the exterior that were not there when I dropped off my vehicle. There is a noise coming from rear right when going over potholes/bumps that wasn't present before dropping the vehicle off. I took care of the first 2 myself as it was quick and easy, but I'll have to come in to have the 3rd one checked as I'm not 100% sure whether it's mechanical or just trim making noise. It appears to be just trim.

Dents from tree damage were nicely fixed, though the rearview mirror seems to not have been reattached properly (windshield was taken off) so it jiggles and won't stay in one place. Cleaning seems to have clogged the windshield wiper fluid.

Given the location,it’s not super convenient for my friends and family. But the rental car arrangement with Enterprise was slick.

They did a great job and even washed my car (before it rained). The only complaint I have is that an automated text was sent saying my car was estimated to be ready 3 days before it was actually ready. Then, when it was ready, they didn’t call right away. I had to call them and found out it was ready the day before.

I was instructed to pick up my vehicle ~1-2 weeks ago, and upon arriving, I discovered the vehicle still had a large hole in the rear bumper. Caliber Collision then retained my car for another week, before turning it back over to me and instructing me to bring it back in on June 10th when the part(s) come in to patch that hole. So, I'm still waiting for the repair to officially finish.
