This entire process was a circus from the day I chose Caliber to repair my car. Lost documents, conversations, notes, instructions - even my telephone number was taken down incorrectly, so I received, zero communication until I received a phone call saying my car was completed. They hadn't even had the car up on a lift to notice there was a broken strut, nor had they completed the dent on the right rear quarter panel. Turns out, the person I did my drop-off with & had full discussions abt these issues had quit. So everything was blamed on that. Still doesn't negate the fact that I had to re-send documents and start the fight all over again with insurance communicating with Caliber. When I contacted my insurance to see what the new hold up was, I was told Caliber wasn't sending the correct forms. I was stuck in the middle throughout this entire fiasco & am ready to report this to the Attorney General as it was ridiculous to put the customer in this position.

New guy came in & had to pick up the pieces, so wasn't his fault, but I was still treated like an inconvienience & someone to just get out the door. No real concern that the job was done right or really address the issues I am still concerned with. The accident knocked a rear license plate light loose, & when I asked if they had repaired as requested, he said yes. "It just needed to be clicked on". Are you sure, I asked, as I had tried gluing it several times & it would still fall out. Yes, he said. Guess what? It's still hanging out of its socket!
