A plastic part was left on my seat. Sent picture to the rep and she said. We had a lot of jeeps here that we are repairing and it must have been left there by mistake. Basically that the part did not belong to my jeep. Well, it did. I figured out where the part went to. It was from my center console. Why would have caliber collision been in my center console? Also- went to pick up my car and asked about a payment plan and they wouldn’t let me do it because I didn’t ask in advance, although the manger just said that they just rolled out the program last week but yet, they couldn’t accommodate me. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate caliber as a 1

See my previous comments I made. To keep it short and sweet. 1. Found a part in my Jeep - called and rep said must not belong to you. Must be from someone’s else Jeep. They service a lot of jeeps she said. Turns out. Part was for my center console. Why would Caliber go in my center console? 2. Ask for a payment arrangement and they denied me bc they just rolled out the program and I would have needed to call in. Bc I was there and didn’t call ahead they said no. Awful experience all around! I would like a refund please
