At first the cosmetic looks great, however after driving the car on the turnpike, I hear extra exterior noises. I decided to take a closer look and the side of the bumper that was hit is not acceptable. I called and it took a few days to get an answer. I did give a 5-star rating initially, but after that trying to get good service was hard. I understand they are busy, but it was hard for me to get in touch with the advisor for some answers.
