I would only recommend this shop to everyone I know. Everyone who has seen my car since it was repaired has been blown away at how beautiful it came out. Tommy and his team are the best in the business!

My car was severely vandalized on May 25th 2022. It was the worst experience to find my car in that condition. I felt hopeless and I was hoping it was a bad dream. It wasn't! After filing a police report and reporting it to my insurance they then supplied me with a list of 33 shops within a 15 mile radius. My OCD's first instinct was I need to take this to a Nissan Stealership with a Collision center which frankly my insurance allowed me to do so if I chose that option. But I could not ignore all of the great reviews at this one Caliber Collision in Pompano Beach which was on my insurance list of participating shops. I came in and I was greeted so kindly by Nikeya at the front desk and she then introduced me to the General Manager Tommy Hagan. Tommy walked out to assess my car and was just as shocked as when I first saw it and assured me that it was going to be okay. This is South Florida and frankly you hear that a lot. My gut instinct told me that this was no BS and it was at that moment that I knew that I took my car to the right shop. I gave Tommy my keys and walked away with a feeling of knowing this was going to end well. Tommy then sent me photos of the whole process after the teardown, the priming process and the painting etc. On a few occasions I was invited to come and view the vehicle and met Taylor who works directly with Tommy and she also kindly kept me up to speed throughout the process. She introduced me to Carlos who took my car apart completely and put it back together without on creak or a crack to be heard. What incredible workmanship! Taylor also introduced me to Rodney who performed the priming and the painting of my car. Rodney is hands down the best paint guy in all of South Florida. My car looks better that when I drove it off the lot! This is what I promised on day one by Tommy and this is what was delivered! I can't thank everyone at this location enough for what they did for me! They took one of the worst days of my life and showed me that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. If you love your car and it is ever damaged by accident or intentionally like in my case, please do yourself a favor and a service by taking it to Caliber Collision in Pompano Beach, FL. Tommy and his incredible team will leave you speechless! I have been in many collision shops in my life and I promise you that you have never seen the inside of a shop like this shop. You would think that they are in the business of making food or computer microchips and not repairing cars. It's nuts, I still cannot get over the level of organization, cleanliness and the fact that everyone is quietly working at their department and getting it done. I hope this review finds someone on the fence with where to take the car they love and get it repaired just like you would want and expect. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.
