1. A visible dent is still on the hood. 2. The driver's side where the bumper meets the hood is not aligned properly. 3. The marker used to identify the damages remains on the paint on the rear bumper; I specifically asked your appraiser not to use marker on a white paint but he said it would come off easy. It is not coming off. 4. There are 3 paint chips on the driver's side skirt next to the hood that was not there before.
