They were SO helpful and also Taylor was very empathetic because I was kind of upset about my car. They worked hard to find parts to keep the estimate within bounds. Also kept me informed about the delays. I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with their service and work.

Not only was the quality of the work, as best as I (and my wife) could see perfect, but the folks I dealt with (Tom and two ladies) were both as nice and as helpful as anyone could expect -- even nicer and more helpful than anyone should hope for. I hope I never need you again, but if I do I would not consider going elsewhere.

Anthony and team were good. Did nice work. Could have been a little more communicative about process, but all in all good. The car was in the shop forever, but I think that had more to do with the insurance company signing off on needed work.

Taylor was very sweet and helpful. However, the gentleman we had to deal with the later half of our service with Caliber was very condescending and rude to my wife on multiple occasions.
