The work they did turned out great, the repairs are virtually flawless. Customer service and communication was good. However, the estimate they gave me was around $4,000 but when they presented me the final bill it was over $8,000. How does the cost of repairs literally double? That’s what it would cost to put a whole new engine in. It should not have costed that much in my opinion but other than that it was a decent experience.

In my opinion, it took way too long to drop off the vehicle. I had an appointment and it still took 45 minutes just to drop off the vehicle.

The staff at Caliber in Prescott Valley are great. Very helpful plus they keep you informed about your vehicle. Was also very helpful in working with our insurance company getting the claim processed. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
