The process for the repair was explained at my initial contact. When I took the car in the continued process was also clearly explained. I had frequent follow up by text and the estimated length of time for the repair. The car was completed as projected. Everything looked good, excellent service.

I would like to start by saying that I really appreciated the twice weekly updates on repairs. I did not often understand what the parts were that they were waiting to have come in. I noticed that my trunk did not fully line up when the trunk was closed. I noticed that the whole trunk seemed to have a wider gap on the right side where the trunk would meet the edges of the rest of my car. I did go in and ask the gentleman who seemed in charge of repairs to come out and take a look at it and he adjusted it for a while. It is not as bad or as defined. My worry is overtime… will there be issueswith calibrations in my car, leakages, other unforeseen problems? I had thought since I had to completely empty my car and deliver it with a full tank of gas that all the calibrations would be very lined up.

Staff was friendly and organized. The guy fixing my car and walking me through the damage was knowledgeable and easy to get in contact with if I had any questions. He kept me updated through the whole process and made it such an easy and smooth experience!
