I am extremely happy with the work that you guys have done! I am very particular with my car and you guys put a smile on my face when I took the vehicle back. Everybody was very professional and I always got updates on a daily basis. I could never ask for more. Now I know where to go and whom to trust when it comes to collision repair. On top of that, I got a complimentary auto detail. Excellent job you guys!

I just needed my bumper fixed after someone had hit me, but they went above and beyond! Cleaned the inside AND outside of my car AND fixed my stubborn sunroof! They kept me updated from start to finish about my car with texts and phone calls. 10/10!!!

The experience was really great, despite the circumstances. Working with the team in the office was really wonderful. Joelle (?) was always very pleasant and knowledgeable. The communication was superior. I received bi-weekly or more frequent updates on the status. Any time I asked questions, they were promptly and thoroughly answered. It was a pleasure dealing with Caliber and will definitely use them in the future (although, I hope it's not necessary). They worked seamlessly with both the rental car company and my insurance company. I felt like I was in capable hands throughout the entire experience. My only complaint is that my car was really dirty inside when I got it back. No doubt in a body shop there is dust everywhere, but perhaps consider having an interior wipe down service upon vehicle return? there was a thick coat of dust everywhere inside of my car. The experience was great so getting my car cleaned will be a small price to pay and is totally worth it, just some constructive feedback.

If there was an 11, I'd pick it. Very friendly, informative, competent and the communication on the repairs and status of my vehicle. Joelle (?) was always a delight.
