Overall the repairs were great, the communication not so much. From the start it was chaotic from the towing issues and the mechanics refusing to take the car in after it being towed to the shop paid out of pocket. Also it was documented that i was being updated about my repairs when i haven't herd from anyone from this shop unless i called for updates, and then still was getting the wrong information. Overall the car was fixed and it drives good, this shop has to do better with communication with customers.
