The car looked great when I picked it up, the paint matched perfectly. I did have to return a couple of days later for a clip that was missing causing the molding on the door to slip down. I went straight to Drew the general manager who rectified the problem while I waited. He will definitely be my point of contact going forward he absolutely is all about customer service

The service was incredible. Caliber at Rancho Cucamonga kept us super up to date and were incredibly friendly. The repair was not quite the fit for our vehicle but we were informed that had to do with the insurance and the coverage they provided.
