From dropping off the car until picking it up I was kept informed by the staff as to the progress of the repairs being done. Jakelin Rochel was really great. She went the extra mile in customer service, The receptionist was caring, positive and knew who I was by name when making contact. The work was exceptional and I thank those who made it whole again.
