Great customer service from beginning to end. The staffs are so friendly, Jakelin took care of me right away the moment I went in there with all the process and kept me updated all the time with all the repairs that needed to be done with my car and Drew helped me out as well with all the details as well and processed that needed to be done and showed me all the parts that needed to be replaced, which that needed to be painted pretty much all the details and finished it much earlier on the supposedly actual date pick up of my car. All I can say they went above and beyond to get my car done correctly.

My vehicle took longer than expected even after getting text message updates that it would be ready that day. If I would have known about short staff I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere.

Quality of repair was excellent however the estimation of completion caused disruptions with car rentals. Drew was courteous enough to pay for a rental since I returned ours based on our original estimated completion date. We also had missing AirPods from our vehicle which again Drew was is courteous enough to make right. Over all extremely satisfied with the repairs and customer service from both Jacky and Drew.
