There were 2 repairs needed. Bumper looks good, as it should because it is a brand new bumper. Back door hatch was dented. Caliber collision team gave me my car back with the back door hatch still disassembled. Had to come back and have them reassemble it. Still to this day there is a loose plastic piece inside that I can hear every time I close it. This is after they kept it an extra day. Their estimate was definitely skewed. Didn’t particularly matter to me because I paid my deductible but they ended up increasing the repair cost by a few thousand. Seems like they’re milking as much as they can from the insurance but I guess that’s business. Also, they ruined the new car smell in my car. They did a detail that I didn’t ask for and left all the surfaces feeling oily and smelled like cheap cherry, very disgusting scent.

Not sure if it was sharpie used on the opposite fender in the rear but had a perfect curve of black that was not there for drop off. Came out with polishing solution, was just confused being it was on the side that is good not the repaired side but not the biggest inconvenience so still a 9. Really good paint matching and body lines all lined up.
