There was no call or text 1-3 days before the vehicle completed on providing the update. I received a voicemail an hour before the bodyshop closed, asked if I was going to pick up the vehicle in the next hour. That was poor customer service. We were told the vehicle was cleaned when we picked up the car, however, the inside was the same as when it was dropped off. It wasn't vacuum or had any wipe down in the inside.

The repairs look great. Good communication and ease of use through texting. Went above and beyond and got some scuff and scratches on my car unrelated to the damage being repaired and buffed it and made it look much better. It was an overall good experience. Hopefully I won’t need any future repairs but if I do I will come back here.

The customer service I received was great! Noah went above and beyond what I expected. There was a part shortage for my Bronco and Noah took a day to drive to Vegas to pick up the part needed to complete my repairs. Ruben the manager is also amazing.
