Danny was amazing, he walk me through every procedure. He really helped me. He has a deep insight on vehicle knowledge repairs and I felt really comfortable. I strongly believe that Danny has management written all over him. The company should Hanly reward him perhaps a raise or even a better position, I can see him leading people within the company. I’m really grateful that he help me through the whole process being in a car accident is already stressful enough. Danny helped me and he took off a lot of that pressure. I felt most of us don’t know about car repairs or understand how cars are being repaired or the process I’m so grateful for Danny. Thank you so much..

I would like to recommend Caliber team members to provide updates if there are delays and not wait until customer calls for update. Overall is good, however Caliber can improve communication with customer with frequent updates for any changes in repair completion estimate.
