We picked up our truck. The damage fixed to perfection. It all works like it should. My only issue was the metal chips spread on the seats from the drilling when it was vandalized. We had to take it to get vacuumed. I guess not your issue but it would have been nice to drive away not having to sit on the metal shavings.

Front desk girl friendly and efficient. Asked if we had a rental which she said we could leave there. Enterprise will pick it up. We didn’t have to drive it back to the Enterprise office.

Ejem my husband first took the car , he was told it would be 3 days. I had to get a rental because my insurance did not cover it so time was very important to me. When I receive a text saying it’s going to be 8 days. I was not happy and I called and talked to Danny. He mentioned he would try to get it fix sooner. He did, not the 3days as it was first said but he did have it by a Friday instead of the following week. Thank you
