My whole experience at Caliber Collision was a wonderful experience and totally went beyond my expectations. The whole process was easy and smooth. The receptionist was courteous and quick with any paperwork. Waiting time was minimal. She also arranged the accommodation with a car rental company and was expeditious in getting me on my way so I wouldn’t be late to work. Danny, the estimator, was pleasant snd thorough and offered assurance that the damage my car sustained would be taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. His estimate was right on point. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was shown in detail what had been done to rectify the damage my car sustained and I couldn’t be happier. Danny also through in a pretty decent car wash and I was happy to drive away extremely satisfied to have my vehicle back. Thanks again to the Calliber Collision team in Rancho Cucamonga!
