When I picked up my truck the bumper that was replaced was completely off center like no one inspected it before pickup and the tech didn’t care obviously. On top of that I noticed my brakes were super squishy and going to the floor. Upon inspection once I was home it was obvious someone had opened all my brake lines as there was brake fluid on the inside of each tire. I called the shop and Danny said oh yeah I forgot to tell you about your brakes!! And when I mentioned brake fluid on each tire like someone opened each line he told me no. Even though it was completely fresh and obvious someone at the shop had done it. Very dangerous and un professional! My brakes were not like that when I dropped the truck off. I had to bleed my brake system completely because there was a ton of air in it. So someone definitely opened them. The measurements for the frame to be repaired or replaced was also done incorrectly causing multiple insurance companies to be involved, causing it to take almost 3 weeks longer and lots of stress and inconvenience for me. I’m not the type to talk bad on companies even in minor cases but this was completely ridiculous!
