Well most of the things I brought it in for aren’t repaired. My fog lights don’t work, my rims still have chunks out of them and one of them is warped and needed to be replaced but wasn’t so I feel a bit of a wobble and the distance sensor wasn’t calibrated properly and there is still a puncture hole behind the front right control arm. My car was there a month and a half. Three promise of completion dates came and went and it was a week late when I finally got my car back. But neither caliber nor statefarm wanna own up to that promise being they’re responsibility. So my making promise to pay commitments on bills cause I thought I’d have my car back to go back to work ( I drive Lyft and Uber ) didn’t happened and I was charged late fees on all my bills. I had even called three different times to stress my concern about my rims yet they still weren’t repaired when I picked up my car. Caliber wasn’t willing to come off my deductable AT ALL. Said I could bring my car back in and they’d pay for my rental for a couple days while they fix my rims. But honestly I can’t afford to put it back in the shop causing me more time off while they have it. Repairs that should have been completed properly in the first place.
