All staff at the Red Oak location was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and provided outstanding service. There was no waiting time, my appointment started at the scheduled time which I appreciate very much. I’m delighted with the service.

Not the best service, my completion date kept getting pushed back. I would get a text each evening my car was suppose to be ready saying the next day. My husband called to check if it was ready after a week and half and they said yes. They didn’t notify us before then. Then they texted us after my husband was headed up there saying car was ready 6 minutes before they closed. No need to contact me.

The replacement light was the wrong color. Should have taken it to Lexus to avoid the issue and I would have for sure gotten it back sooner. Salesman was really nice not so much for the sales woman.
