It was great that they were so communicative with me. I was never worried about my car and knew it was in great hands. The only downside is that my car smelled like chemicals when I picked it up, but that’s so minor to me it almost doesn’t matter.

Caliber collision is my go-to repair shop! They keep in touch and provide updates throughout the whole process & the repairs were completed on time. My Malibu is now back to her beautiful self! Mary did an excellent job answering questions and arranging a ride for my father. The text updates kept us well informed. Most importantly the car repairs were excellent! Everything matched and aligned so you could not even tell there had been body damage.

Mr. Oscar received my vehicle explained damage repair needed, the turn around was one day. Completion of vehicle was excellent. Oscar stayed at facility in order for me to retrieve vehicle even though it was pass closing time thanks!
