I was told the shaking of my steering weel, which was not happening before the accident, is general maintenance and not caused by the crash. Since the shop was not able to find the exact step replacement for my car, I was told I would receive a set of four to make them match. I only received two and now two of the steps don't match.

I understand that businesses operate to make a profit but I cannot accept doing business with company’s who do not operate with integrity. My repair showed a “new” front crash sensor replaced and when picking up and inspecting the vehicle, it was the exact same one from the accident. I have pictures to prove it’s the exact same piece. To top it off, it was missing the exterior housing.

When advising the individual who wide the walk through with me when picking up, he seemed to be bothered by the fact that I called them out on the “new” part that was reused and billed for. He then washed his hands of it by saying, “I don’t know about your repair. It was sent to another shop.”

I was very pleased with everyone but a little put back by the fact I was told that my car was tricked to a different location. When I picked it up the fuel was much lower and it had clearly been driven. I would’ve appreciated a heads up. I could’ve even driven it to the other location. Especially since it was for paint. Everything else was fine.
