I just wish there was a bit more communication in regards to how much I would end up paying before they started any repairs. There was no quote or anything like that given to me at all. It wasn't until I went to pick up the car when they told me the total cost of everything. Otherwise the experience was fine and there were not any issues outside of what was already mentioned.

Geneva was very helpful and walked us thru the whole process. I was expecting around 3 weeks to complete the work per previous estimate from a different car shop. They did great and fixed my car in 8 days. I even double checked not to compromise the quality of the repair since it looks like they are rushing but everything looks good. There is also a lifetime warranty with their service as long as I own the car. Very satisfied with their work.
